Richard Jones is a Family Law Executive with over 30 years' experience advising clients through the full range of issues that can arise when a relationship breaks down. He is known for handling complex, sensitive matters with a calm and practical approach, and for translating difficult law and procedure into clear, actionable advice.
Richard's practice covers separation, cohabitation disputes and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (ToLATA), and wide-ranging family finance work. He regularly advises on financial remedies, including the division of assets, pensions and savings, as well as urgent injunctive relief such as freezing orders.
