Biography & Introduction
Simeon was called to the Bar in July 1973 and is a member of the Middle Temple.
Simeon has a wide-ranging practice spanning chancery, commercial and civil disputes, with experience across both advisory and contentious work. He undertakes instructions in Chancery (contentious and non-contentious) matters, including disputes and advisory work involving trusts and estates issues, and allied property and commercial questions. He is also instructed in commercial and financial services work, including matters engaging taxation, banking law and wider financial disputes, and cases with European or international elements.
In addition, Simeon accepts instructions in family law, including private law children matters and other family disputes, and in insolvency, including applications and disputes arising within insolvency and bankruptcy contexts.
His broader civil practice includes landlord and tenant (non-residential) matters, intellectual property disputes, professional negligence, personal injury, and other common law claims.
